Proposal 1

To take over part of the corridor at level 3 in SDE2 to optimise space for BIM lab use. Removal of part of partition. Remove wall to have bigger space for BIM Lab. To include BIM Centre Admin Office and convert e-studio to BIM Studio

Proposal 3

To demolish existing SDE Block 2 and re-design a new SDE Block 2. To include an Iconic BIM research Centre.

Proposal 2

Design and Build the new L-shaped BIM Research Centre located at Level 2 of SDE 2. The proposed new BIM Research Centre will consists of BIM Studio, BIM Lab, Admin Office, Director Office and pantry corner
